Add your first property

Adding a property is the first thing you should do after signing in. Properties are the unit of reporting in StayRecap, and every report belongs to one property.

From the dashboard, click "Add property" and fill in the name, address, and the date you took over management. You can add owner details later.

Once the property is saved you can upload your first CSV files and generate your first owner report.
